Every Wednesday, active-duty members can bring a “wingman” to the Boulder Lab for free! Your wingman doesn’t have to be active duty, so invite a friend, family member, or colleague. Climbing at the Boulder Lab isn’t just about the physical challenge; it’s also a fantastic way to boost your mental well-being. Bouldering helps enhance strength, agility, and coordination while providing a great workout for both body and mind. Plus, it’s a fun way to connect with others and push your limits in a supportive environment. Come climb, challenge yourself, and make new friends in the process!
