Full Moon Snowshoe Hike

This outing is perfect for those who’ve never tried snowshoeing as well as those who are longtime enthusiasts. The leaders will cover techniques to help you safely traverse in an alpine environment while exploring the beautiful Sandia Mountains. This hike is rated as moderate and is approximately 3.5 miles round trip with 150 feet of elevation gain. We’ll depart from the Sandia Crest parking lot and proceed along the crest for views all the way to the continental divide. Snow pants may be rented from ODR for an additional charge.
$30 per person; Includes transportation, snowshoes, trekking poles and mountain guide. Ages 14+
