4H Intentions & Goal Setting-Posture Practice – Teens

Teens will gain a practical mindfulness-based stress management technique that is a universal tool is stretching. Teens, wherever you are, stretching is a great way to practice awareness and acceptance. This mindfulness activity incorporates yoga as way to help reduce stress.
