Check-In/Check-Out Procedures

  • Check-in time is 2:00 PM
  • Check-out time is 11:00 AM.
    • Late check out will be charged as an additional night stay.
    • Please notify front desk if arriving prior to check-in time or if you would like to request a check-out beyond 11:00 AM
    • Late check out fees equivalent to one nights’ stay may be assessed as well.
  • Students should review class schedules to ensure they will be out of class prior to check-out time, or check-out before going to class.
  • For our guests paying in cash or by check, if you leave prior to your original departure date, a refund will be given in cash only.
  • For guests who pay by credit card, your refund will be processed in conjunction with your check out.
  • Guests must submit a valid credit card number to hold a room past 6:00 PM

After Hours Check-In/After Hours Lockout

After Hours Check In

  1. Locate room number-guests arriving after hours will have received room number by email and by phone message.
  2. Enter lock code-last four of phone number on reservation
  3. Remove your room keys and registration card
  4. Please sign registration card and place into the drop box
  5. Shut and Lock door-spin lock code
  6. Please leave spare key inside box for lock out emergencies
  7. If you have a trailer or oversized vehicle, please park in the dirt lot across from this building.

After Hours Lock Out

  1. Locate room number
  2. Enter code- last four of phone number on reservation
  3. Remove spare key

Emergencies

If you are unable to access your lock box, or the spare key is not working please call the on-call number

Payment

  • Roadrunner Inn accepts cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, and American Express, for payment. These payments are for the exact amount due for lodging services only.
    • For check-cashing services, please contact the Base Exchange.
  • Space-available guests must pay in advance regardless of payment method.
  • Priority 1 guests, with valid credit card on file, must make payments every 15 days.
  • Guests paying by check/cash must pay in advance for the first 30 days (if stay exceeds 30 days) or for the entire stay if less than 15 days.

Additional Room & Accommodations Details

  • Wireless internet in all rooms!
  • Assorted sundries are available at the front desk counter. Guests must be of legal age to purchase alcoholic beverages (21 years old).
  • Business suites are stocked daily with assorted snacks, beverages and liquor. There are price listings in all suites.
  • Temporary Lodging Facilities are available; these units are available for personnel PCSing in an accompanied status. These facilities feature two or three bedroom houses complete with washer and dryer and a full kitchen. The living room couch pulls out for additional sleeping arrangements.
  • Laundry rooms and ice machines are located in each building. Laundry rooms are for registered guest use only.
  • Each guest room is equipped with clock radio, television, phone, microwave, micro fridge, iron and ironing board.
  • Our guest directory is located online at kirtlandforcesupport.com and on our Facebook page.
  • Bicycles are not allowed in lodging buildings; bike racks are available outside around the facility.
  • Lost-and-found items are held for 30 days and then disposed of according to applicable directives. If you lose items during your stay, please contact the front desk.
  • Boats, trailers, and oversized vehicles cannot be parked in lodging parking lots
  • All lodging facilities are non-smoking. If evidence of smoking is found in the room, a $150 cleaning fee will apply.
  • Pets are allowed in designated TLFs. Limited to two pets, shot records are required at check-in. There is an additional $10 nightly pet fee. If necessary, a cleaning fee of $150 may apply.
