Senior Airman with 36 months TIS or those with a promotion line number to SSGT
Have at least six (6) months of retainability from the start of the course
A passing fitness score (for the duration of the course)
No temporary profiles. ALS Commandant must approve all students with profiles.
TO REGISTER FOR ALS: Members must go through their unit's 1st Sgt. The 1st Sgt will then enroll members through the ALS Commandant.
Dates
The mission of ALS is to prepare Airmen for increased responsibilities by developing their leadership capabilities, improving their communication skills, and expanding their perspective of the military profession.
